Hello! I'm Garrett.
As a designer that is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences — whether through a print piece or a cross-platform website — I believe every design begins with a goal and keeps the end user in mind throughout the entire process. To live up to this belief, I pushed myself to evolve my skillset and become the well-rounded designer I am today.
I have acquired two UX certifications, taught a college-level course, and presented at three higher education conferences across the country. My career is only beginning to take off, and I can't wait to see what's next. I love pushing myself creatively and am always eager to learn the next big design trend or share knowledge with other creatives.
A little more about me...
As an avid coffee drinker, I collect custom printed coffee jackets from independent coffee shops I visit during my travels. In my free time, I enjoy painting, baking, photography, traveling, and movies of all genres. I have been a vegetarian for over 13 years and love a good gin and tonic. My first tattoo was a design keystroke (cmd + z), so I guess you could say this career will be with me for life! Looking for some local restaurant recommendations? Ask me about my foodie Instagram!
